He holds a BS in RF Engineering from theNational Polytechnical University of Armenia (former Yerevan Polytechnic Institute),an M.S. in EE from the University of Telecommunications, St. Petersburg, Russia, and a Ph.D. in EE from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Has great experience in teaching in Armenia, Russia, and the USA.
